Responsibilities:
– Assist veterinarians in routine examinations and surgical procedures
– Perform laboratory tests such as urinalysis and blood counts
– Administer medications and vaccines under the direction of a veterinarian
– Take and develop X-rays
– Provide compassionate care and support to animals and their owners
– Maintain accurate medical records
– Handle and restrain animals during procedures
– Ensure cleanliness and organization of the veterinary clinic
Requirements:
– Proficiency in animal handling, restraint, and care
– Knowledge of aseptic techniques and infection control protocols
– Strong communication skills with both clients and team members
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
