Kachina Animal Hospital is looking to add to our skilled team! We are currently seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician. Our ideal team member is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, flexible and a team player. We are a 2 doctor, small animal practice located in Dewey, AZ near Prescott and Prescott Valley. We are open Monday – Saturday. Full or Part Time positions are available.
Qualifications:
- Veterinary experience required
- Friendly, outgoing, team-oriented personality
- Attention to detail
- Firm understanding of veterinary medicine and ability to educate clients as needed; strong communication skills
- Compassion for clients and patients
- Familiarity with Cornerstone software a plus!
- The duties of a Veterinary Technician include, but are not limited to: IV blood draws, IV catheters, filling medications, administering medications, monitoring anesthesia, taking radiographs, client service, patient care, etc.
