As a Veterinary Technician, you will be responsible for the following duties:
– Providing compassionate care to animals in need of medical attention
– Assisting veterinarians with medical procedures and examinations
– Administering medications and treatments as directed by the veterinarian
– Handling and restraining animals during procedures
– Performing laboratory tests and analyzing results
– Maintaining accurate medical records for all patients
– Educating pet owners on proper animal care and treatment plans
– Assisting with pet grooming and hygiene when necessary

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following experience:
– Veterinary critical care knowledge
– Proficiency in animal husbandry practices
– Previous experience working in a veterinary setting
– Skilled in dog handling and animal restraint techniques
– Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures
– Experience in pet care, including feeding, bathing, and exercising animals
– Familiarity with kennel operations and maintenance
-Ability to intubate and prep for spay/neuter surgeries
