Veterinary Technician Jobs in Dublin, CA at IronHorse VetCare

OUR IMPACT

At IronHorse VetCare (IHVC), we believe veterinary care is more than just expert treatment—it’s about hospitality, compassion, and integrity. The word “hospital” comes from the same root as hospitality, and that’s exactly what we strive to provide: a place where pets and people feel safe, heard, and cared for.

As a 24/7 emergency and specialty center, we are always here—whether it’s for an urgent case, advanced diagnostics, or simply to support pet owners through tough moments. As an independent, community-driven hospital, we prioritize ethical, sensible, and superior medical care over corporate mandates.

CULTURE + IHVC

Our motto—“Come. Stay. Heal.”—is more than just words; it’s the foundation of our culture. We welcome everyone with warmth, respect, and inclusivity, ensuring that clients, colleagues, and pets feel they belong. We foster a community, not just a workplace, where relationships thrive, growth is encouraged, and support is unwavering. And above all, we prioritize healing—not just for our patients, but for our team—by creating an environment where well-being, connection, and compassion come first.
