Gem City Veterinary clinic is looking for a Full Time Veterinary Technician to add to its Team. Gem City is a privately owned mixed animal practice providing exceptional care for pets and their owners. We are equipped with a digital x-ray system both full body and dental, ultrasound, complete in house laboratory, surgery suite, and therapy laser. Ideal canidate should be team players, have a strong work ethic, good communication skills, have a high stress tolerance, and enjoy working in a fast paced environment dealing with general exams, surgeries, denistry and emergencies. Job description includes but not limited to friendly/welcoming to clients, animals and co-workers, preventative health care, daily exams, bloodwork, blood draws, anesthesia monitoring, therapy lasers, dental prophy and radiographs, surgery prep and monitoring, internal medicine and hospitalized technical care.

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
