Boulevard Animal Hospital is seeking an Experienced Veterinary Technician to join our team! Our Veterinary Technicians play a vital role in providing exceptional care during all phases of a patient’s visit. They are responsible for coordinating and carrying out precise treatment plans, preparing animals for surgery, assisting in the operating room, and performing dental procedures. Additionally, you will collaborate with your team to manage the veterinarian’s orders, ensuring the highest level of patient care while maintaining an efficient workflow to keep exams on schedule.
This position is ideal for detail-oriented technicians who excel in a fast-paced environment and wish to utilize their skill set fully.
This is a full-time position. The schedule will be: 4 weekdays from 8am-6pm and rotating Saturdays from 8am-12:30pm. (The Saturday shifts will generally be once every other month.)
Full-Time Benefits and Compensation:
Compensation: $21-$27/hour, based on experience and skillset
Bonus package: $500 – $2,000 based on licensure
Continuing Education allowance for LVTs: $500 for the first year, $1,000 annually thereafter

Minimum Qualifications and Skillset:
3+ years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting required
Proficiency in the following skills:
Surgical Assisting
Dentistry
Exceptional lab experience & knowledge
Venipuncture & IVC placement
Ability to excel & thrive in a very fast-paced environment
