Position: Veterinary Technician / Receptionist (Cross-Trained)
Location: Mission, KS
Pay: $15.00–$18.00 per hour (based on experience)
Dearborn Animal Clinic is looking for a compassionate, dependable team player to join our close-knit practice! We are a small, one-doctor clinic where everyone is cross-trained in both technician and reception duties, so no two days are ever the same.
Experience is preferred but not required. We’re happy to train the right person who has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine love for animals.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist veterinarians during exams and treatments
- Safely handle and restrain patients
- Collect samples, perform laboratory testing, and assist with radiographs
- Administer medications and monitor patients as directed
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and greet clients
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Help keep the clinic clean, organized, and running smoothly

- Compassion for both pets and their owners
- Reliable and eager to learn
- Veterinary experience is a plus, but not required
