Veterinary Assistant
Duties:
– Pass clients into examination rooms
– Clean examination rooms after every client
– Hold/restrain patients for Veterinarians and Veterinary Technicians
– Prepare medications
– Prepare fecal test and bloodwork
– Restock supplies and maintain overall cleanliness of hospital
Experience:
– Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal related field is preferred
– Knowledge of dog training/ handling and pet grooming is a plus
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
NEEDS TO BE BILINGUAL (SPEAK ENGLISH AND SPANISH)
