The long-tenured support team is like family, fostering a collaborative environment where learning and mentorship thrive. The ideal person would be a Veterinarian who enjoys discussing cases, sharing knowledge, and continuing to grow, the owner loves mentoring, and often has students/externs in the practice. A medically focused veterinarian would be a great fit, but all interests are encouraged.
