We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinarian with Good Communication Skills to join our team at THE VET ON MAIN, a woman-owned, community-focused private practice committed to providing high quality veterinary care.
We have 5 exam rooms, a large treatment area, a full in-house lab including 2 AI Imagysts, Digital X-ray/Ultrasound, HT Vista, Therapy Laser and a large surgical suite. We are Certified Cat Friendly and see Pocket Pets (not required to see Exotics).
Production w/Base Salary or Hourly Compensation for 3.5 Day Work-Week. Monday (9-6), Wednesday (9-6), Thursday (9-7) and Every Other Saturday (9-12). Hours/Days Negotiable. Qualifications
Strong Medical skills to perform independently in diagnosing and treating patients
Experience in surgery and dentistry is preferred
Strong communication skills for interacting with pet owners and team members
Excellent record keeping and organizational skills
Must be a Team Player!
DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school and a current state license to practice veterinary medicine
