Precise VetPro, a leading mobile referral and telemedicine service, is seeking a Veterinary Specialist in Ophthalmology to support Small Animal first opinion clinics across the South of England.

Our mission is to enhance patient care by providing expert knowledge, advanced diagnostics, and tailored treatment plans while maintaining strong collaboration with primary care vets and bringing the services to their door.
The Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Veterinary Ophthalmologist to join our expanding team. This role offers the opportunity to work flexibly, providing specialist ophthalmology consultations and procedures at first opinion practices, as well as offering telemedicine support. You will be instrumental in improving patient outcomes and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide mobile ophthalmology referral services to partner veterinary clinics across the South of England.
Offer expert advice and guidance via vet to vet telemedicine.
Perform ophthalmic examinations, diagnostics, and surgical procedures as required.
Collaborate closely with referring veterinarians to ensure optimal patient care.
Stay up to date with advancements in veterinary ophthalmology to maintain best practice standards.

Note: Specialist equipment is not provided as part of the role and it would be expected that you supply any tools required to carry out your services.
About You:
RCVS board-certified in Veterinary Ophthalmology.
Strong clinical experience in ophthalmology, including both medical and surgical aspects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with referring vets and pet owners.
Passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within the South of England.
