A busy and successful Veterinary Practice in Pacheco is in search of an enthusiastic and energetic receptionist to join the team. If you have the following qualifications apply today!
Qualifications
At least 2-3 years of previous customer service experience with a focus on excellence.
Prior experience providing exceptional client service both in person and over the phone in a professional setting is required.
Must love animals! Your love for pets should shine through in your care for their humans.
A sincere interest in the veterinary field and a desire to learn as much as possible to best assist clients and pets.
The desire to cross train and assist the care team in other areas of the practice
Dedication. You should be interested in becoming part of a great work family for the long-term.
The ability to juggle the bustle of a busy office. Answering phones, booking appointments, assisting clients in person and rocking it as a team member, all at the same time.
Confidence in the skills you possess while remaining humble enough to know that no one has ALL of the answers. When you are confident, clients are confident in you.
Hours & Availability
This is a full time opening! Your availability should align with our hours of operation as follows:
Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
We are only open ONE Saturday per month!
Compensation & Benefits
Our amazing team members can expect competitive pay! The starting range for this position is $18.00 per hour, dependent upon education and/or experience.
