West Shore Animal Clinic is looking for an experienced veterinary receptionist (1+ years in a veterinary or medical setting) to add to our team of compassionate professionals who aim to provide high-quality veterinary care.
West Shore Animal Clinic, a well-established practice with a commitment to unparalleled patient care and exceptional customer service, is looking to add a veterinary receptionist superstar to our team! We are more than a group of compassionate veterinary professionals; we are a supportive team that believes in a ‘better together’ philosophy and strives to cross-train and educate our staff so that we can all find a growth path. We aren’t shy about showing our appreciation. Our team enjoys a proper work-life balance and flexible scheduling with no night, on-call, or emergency shifts but will be required to work every other Saturday shift.
Daily Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
Managing multiple phone lines
Booking appointments
Greeting clients
Processing payments
Having a professional, courteous, enthusiastic voice
Medical record keeping
