Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage check‑ins, check‑outs, and appointment scheduling
- Answer multi‑line phones and relay messages efficiently
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Communicate clearly with clients about services and next steps
- Keep the front desk organized, smooth, and running like a well‑oiled machine
Qualifications
- Veterinary reception experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Positive attitude and team‑first mindset
- Comfort with computers, scheduling systems, and phone etiquette
