Position Details
Role: Veterinary Receptionist
Status: Full-time
Salary: $18–$21 per hour
Schedule: Three to four 10-hour shifts per week
Experience: Customer service experience required; veterinary reception experience preferred

What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients and their pets with warmth, professionalism, and genuine compassion.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails while providing outstanding customer service.
- Schedule appointments and help manage the daily appointment flow.
- Collect medical histories and accurately update patient records.
- Process payments and assist clients during check-in and check-out.
- Maintain accurate client and patient information within the practice management system.
- Provide administrative support to help the hospital operate efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with clients and the veterinary team to ensure a seamless experience.
What You’ll Bring

- Previous customer service experience.
- The ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency with basic computer applications and accurate data entry.
- Veterinary reception experience and familiarity with veterinary terminology are a plus.
