Veterinary Receptionist
SMPMC is hiring an experienced veterinary receptionist for our busy 6-day a week (no nights – closed Sunday) practice in Santa Monica. We offer a very generous pay and benefits package.

Position requirements:
Answering phones
Light housekeeping
Schedule and confirm appointments
Prepare medications
Provide estimates
Process insurance claims
General knowledge of medical terminology and pet health topics
Maintaining and updating records
Computer knowledge a must, Cornerstone proficiency a plus
Be able to lift 40 pounds
Be able to get along well with others
Have excellent communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 – $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
