Now hiring for a Veterinary Receptionist! We are looking to add highly-motivated, detail-oriented members to our team. Must be able to work evenings and weekends. Full-time team members average 38 hours per week.Hospital Business Hours – Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Saturdays 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Sundays 4:00 to 5:00 pm.Responsibilities include:Providing exceptional customer serviceGreeting and checking-in/out guestsScheduling appointmentsCollecting payments and accounting for cash drawerCleaning the hospitalAnswering multi-line phone systemCompleting outgoing appointment confirmation calls and daily calls to check on the status of ill and post-surgical patientsFiling, faxing, and scanning documentsContributing to the hospital’s positive, professional atmosphereQualifications:Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentSuperior attention to detailPunctuality and DependabilitySelf-motivationAbility to communicate effectivelyAbility to work well as a member of a teamPrevious veterinary experience is preferred but not requiredBenefits:Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceWork Location: In person
