The Vet Clinic, located in Worthington, OH, is seeking a client service representative for our front desk! We are looking for a cheerful, energetic, and responsible individual with a strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills to complete our team.Scheduled hours include Wednesday and Friday from 3:00 pm to close (no specific out time but typically between 6 and 7pm)Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Greeting clients and pets, answering phones, scheduling appointments, taking messages for the doctors, preparing invoices and processing payments, managing medical records, charts, and correspondence, maintaining the hospital and insuring a clean and neat facility, answering non-medical questions regarding products and services.Candidates must posses the ability to work with computers, should be able to lift 25+ pounds, and excel in multitasking.Veterinary experience strongly preferred.Job Type: Part-timePay: From $12.50 per hourBenefits:Employee discountUniform allowanceWork Location: In person
