Office Assistant
Responsibilities:
Veterinary Office Experience (2 years)
– Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
– Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
– Greet and assist visitors, clients, and patients
– Schedule appointments and manage calendars
– Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
– Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
– Assist with event planning and coordination
– – Manage and update databases and records
– Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Requirements:
– Veterinary experience – working in a veterinary office is required.
– Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
– Strong typing and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
— Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
