Are you looking for a change? Sully Animal Hospital & Veterinary Outpatient Surgical Center (VOSC) in Centerville is looking for a full time or part time veterinary receptionist.
Veterinary receptionists are the unsung heroes of vet med. They are the first introduction and face of the practice. They can focus and multitask, all while keeping a smile on their face. They help our clients in routine and not so routine appointments. They provide kindness in difficult times and create a calm atmosphere for both clients and patients.

No staying hours past your shift here, holding your bladder for an unhealthy amount of time or constantly working through lunches. There is laughter (sense of humor required) and drama is not in our vocabulary.
*Duties*
– Greet clients and their pets warmly and assist them with check-in procedures
– Schedule appointments and manage the veterinary clinic’s calendar
– Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients
– Process payments and handle billing tasks
– Maintain accurate records of patient information in the system
– Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
*Requirements*
– Knowledge of animal anatomy and animal care practices
– Experience in veterinary critical care or medical collection is a plus
– Familiarity with animal husbandry and handling techniques
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Big plus if you have Pluse exp
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 – $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
