Country Veterinary Hospital is a three (3) doctor practice where you can develop as a professional. Our team enjoys a proper work-life balance and a supportive and friendly clinic culture. You will be the friendly face and voice of the clinic, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, managing records, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and their pets warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming environment.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address client inquiries efficiently and courteously. Manage client flow, ensuring a smooth and organized experience.
Comfort and reassure distressed clients and their pets.
Handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
Schedule appointments, procedures, and follow-up care, ensuring proper communication with clients.
Process payments and issue invoices accurately.
Manage record requests between other hospitals and specialty practices.
Relay information effectively between clients, veterinarians, and other staff members.

Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Previous experience in a customer service role or veterinary field preferred.
