What You’ll Do:
As a Client Service Representative, you’ll be the first and last point of contact for our clients—setting the tone for exceptional care. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting clients and patients warmly
Scheduling appointments and managing client communications
Checking patients in and out
Answering phones and addressing inquiries with accuracy and empathy
Processing payments and maintaining accurate client records
Supporting the veterinary team in delivering outstanding communication and service

The salary range for this position is $18-$22/hr. Compensation is negotiable based on experience. The actual rate offered will carefully consider your skills, qualifications, and experience.
