Who we are:
Ladera Ranch Animal Hospital is looking to add a full-time Veterinary Client Services Representative to our team. We are a busy six doctor hospital that utilizes low stress handling techniques for our patients.
Our Client Services Representatives are the face of our practice. This role plays an important part in our community reputation and in supporting our clients and patients by providing great customer service.
Daily responsibilities include:
Managing multiple phone lines
Client communication
Booking appointments
Greeting clients and patients
Processing payments
Ensuring that the reception area is clean and comfortable for clients.

This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, however, either Saturday or Sunday shifts may will be required. We offer a four-day a week, 9-hour shift workweek. A love of animals and a customer service background is a great fit for this position.
