Your Role:
As a receptionist, you’ll be the first friendly face our clients see. You’ll manage appointments, assist with check-ins and check-outs, handle phone inquiries, and support both our clients and team with a positive attitude and excellent communication.

A friendly, professional demeanor
Prior veterinary or medical office work is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
