Heintz Veterinary Care is a small animal hospital located in NW Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. We are home to a beautifully caring staff and many dedicated clients. Heintz Veterinary Care opened in September 2022 and we are looking to add a full time Veterinary Receptionist to our team! Veterinary Receptionist responsibilities include but are not limited to: scheduling appointments, answering the telephone, setting up new clients & patients, using Daysmart (formerly Vetter) software system, financial transations & maintaining the front office. Applicants must be able to provide top notch customer service, maintain a professional appearance, be attentive to client and pet needs, punctual, hardworking & flexible. Applicants should also have strong communication and typing skills and a love for animals and people alike. Must be available to work during regular business hours, including weekends.
Full Time position available 38-40 hours per week.
Pay Range: $15 – 19 hourly (based on experience)
Clinic hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:30am – 6pm, and Saturday 7:30am – 12pm; Closed Wednesdays and Sundays.
