We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who loves animals and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face of our practice — delivering compassionate, efficient service to clients while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll join a collaborative, supportive team where the work you do genuinely makes a difference in the lives of pets and their people.
Veterinary Receptions Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and patients with professionalism and compassion
- Answer and triage incoming phone calls, assessing urgency and directing appropriately
- Schedule appointments and manage client communications efficiently
- Utilize PULSE veterinary software for scheduling, patient records, and billing
- Provide education to clients on preventative care products and services
- Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient records
- Collaborate with veterinarians and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
- Demonstrate consistent reliable attendance and punctuality
Veterinary Receptions Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a veterinary clinic or animal healthcare setting
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of PULSE veterinary software (preferred)
- Experience with preventative product knowledge and client education
- Ability to accurately triage client calls and recognize urgent medical concerns
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude

Pay: $11.00 – $15.00 per hour
