Duties
- Greet clients warmly and efficiently manage appointment scheduling to optimize daily operations
- Handle medical billing and collections accurately, ensuring timely payments and clear communication with clients
- Answer phone calls promptly, providing information about services, appointments, and pet care advice
- Manage patient records with precision, maintaining confidentiality and organization in compliance with veterinary standards
- Maintain a clean and sterile reception area by practicing proper aseptic techniques and ensuring all equipment is sanitized
Skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing phone calls, appointment scheduling, medical records, and payment processing
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and administrative tasks

- Proficiency with computers and veterinary practice management software preferred
