Winchester Animal Hospital is looking for an experienced Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join our amazing team!
We need someone who can answer a ringing phone, comfort a worried pet parent, schedule appointments, decode veterinary terminology, and remain cheerful—all while three people are asking questions and someone announces there’s a surprise in the lobby.
Our ideal candidate:
Has previous veterinary reception experience
Is friendly, dependable, organized, and compassionate
Can confidently manage busy phones and client conversations
Is comfortable learning new computer systems
Works well with a close-knit team and brings a positive attitude
Understands that veterinary medicine can be rewarding, emotional, hilarious, and occasionally covered in fur
