Animal Hospital of Treasure Island is a primary care and integrative practice located on the beach. We are seeking a fun, detail-oriented, experienced Veterinary Receptionist for a Part time position. The practice culture is centered around strong and compassionate patient care and client education. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of basic healthcare for companion animals and excellent client communication skills.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, greeting clients; differentiating routine cases from emergency cases; scheduling appointments; generating invoices and clearly explaining them to clients; and managing medical records. Must be able to juggle multiple tasks at any given time and provide exceptional customer service. Excellent phone and computer skills are a must. We are a drug-free environment and testing may be performed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
