We’re a busy, multi-doctor small animal veterinary clinic in charming Fairfax: Voted Best in Marin two years in a row (and counting!). We’re looking for an experienced Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our fun-loving, hard-working team. Part-time or full-time – we’re open to either!
Ideally with 1 year of experience in a medical reception role.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
– Answer multiple phone lines at once
– Schedule appointments
– Greet clients and weigh patients
– Accurately process/post credit/cash transaction
– Filling prescriptions and maintaining inventory
– Basic janitorial duties and must be able to lift 40 lbs
– Other duties in furtherance of hospital mission, as necessary
