Anamosa Veterinary Clinic is looking for a Receptionist to join our team in Anamosa, IA.
Responsibilities:
Greeting clients and answering the phone
Scheduling appointments
Checking patients in and out
Answering the front desk for questions or to report issues with guests or staff
Checking patient out and collecting payments
Scheduling new patients for their appointment, if needed.
Collecting patient’s payments at the front desk when they are paid in cash, credit card, or check.
