Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative Jobs in Las Vegas, NV at South Shores Animal Hospital
South Shores Animal Hospital is seeking an outgoing Veterinary Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital. In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused customer service environment.
Schedule and compensation:
- Compensation: $14 – $16 per hour, for each hour worked
- This is a part-time position, with availability needed on Mondays & Tuesdays from 8am-6pm and Saturdays from 8am-4pm.

Minimum qualifications and skill set:
- Previous experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
- Veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related experience preferred
- Proficiency in the following skills:
- Ability to manage a multi-phone line system while assisting in-person clients
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars preferred
- Ability to accurately process payments and maintain financial records
- Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with a team

We strive to provide warm, compassionate, high-quality care in additional to excellent client service. We offer medical care, boarding, and grooming for small animals as well as exotics, and have rehabilitation and reproduction services available. Our hospital is well equipped with digital x-ray, ultrasound, surgical laser & cold laser, and recently underwent an expansion of our treatment area.
