Plainsboro Animal Hospital is looking to add a Client Experience Representative to our team!
Are you passionate about animals and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate client experience representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive experience while helping our hospital run efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer multi-line phone calls and respond to emails and messages promptly.
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily appointment calendar.
- Check clients in and out while ensuring accurate patient information.
- Process payments and explain invoices, estimates, and wellness plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records and client accounts.
- Coordinate communication between clients and the medical team.
- Assist with prescription refill requests and appointment reminders.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Support the veterinary team with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Veterinary reception or animal care experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn practice management software.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Compassion for both pets and their owners.
