Busy 24 hour veterinary hospital is seeking full and part time members for our Client Services Team. Client Service Representatives play a key role in providing an outstanding client experience.
Ability to work in a busy environment with multiple priorities is a must!

The tasks include but are not limited to :
Answering phones
Greeting clients
Scheduling appointments/surgeries/procedures
Scanning client records
Processing payments
Job Requirements:
Excellent listening & communication skills
Compassion for people & pets
Ability to juggle multiple priorities
Ability to problem solve
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Willingness to work non-traditional hours, potentially including nights, weekends & holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.50 – $17.00 per hour
