About Winter Park Veterinary Hospital
We’re a family owned veterinary hospital that has proudly served Central Florida for over 40 years. Unlike many hospitals today, we’re still independently owned, allowing us to focus on exceptional medicine, outstanding client service, and investing in our team.
Our 10 doctor practice cares for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, pocket pets, and wildlife while offering advanced dentistry, surgery, ultrasound, urgent care, boarding, grooming, and Playcamp. No two days are ever the same!
What You’ll Do
As a Client Advocate, you’ll:
- Welcome clients and create an exceptional first impression.
- Guide clients through their pet’s visit from check in to checkout.
- Communicate treatment plans, estimates, and next steps.
- Coordinate with doctors and technicians to ensure seamless patient care.
- Educate clients and answer questions with empathy and confidence.
- Schedule appointments and manage medical records.
- Help resolve concerns while advocating for both clients and patients.
What We’re Looking For
Applicants must have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a veterinary hospital as a Client Service Representative, Client Advocate, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
- A compassionate, dependable, and team oriented attitude.
- A reasonable commuting distance to Winter Park.
This is a full time position. Weekend availability is required, as we are open seven days a week.
