Join our professional Veterinary team! We are a fast-paced, full-service Veterinary Hospital specializing in companion animal medicine.
Qualifications
Experience: Customer Service, 3 year REQUIRED, Veterinary receptionist, 1 year (Preferred)
Job distance: Cincinnati, OH 45238, Between 5 and 10 miles (Preferred)
Roles & Responsibilities:
We are looking for well-qualified applicants who can answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, perform filing, greeting/receiving clients, and processing invoices at the end of appointments
Our office staff is considered our front line in client communication
Answer incoming customer inquiries
Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
Record customer information within our customer service database
Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
Other duties as requested

Qualifications & Skills:
Applicants must be well-spoken and quick on their feet
Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a very busy environment
Work Schedule/Hours:
Weekdays 11 am or noon to close (9 pm), Occasional AM shift
Saturdays 7:30 am to 3 pm
