What You’ll Do
- Answer multi-line phones and manage scheduling
- Greet and assist clients with professionalism and care
- Book appointments and coordinate patient flow Process payments and handle front desk transactions
- Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area
- Support daily clinic operations and client communication
