Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Canine Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in animal care and training, with the ability to provide guidance and support to both pets and their owners. This role is essential in fostering a positive environment for learning and development, ensuring that all animals receive the highest standard of care while enhancing their skills.
Duties
Develop and implement training programs for pets, focusing on manners, and socialization.
Provide hands-on instruction to pet owners on effective training techniques and proper animal handling.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all animals.
Maintain a clean and organized environment, including kennels and equipment.
Offer exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and providing ongoing support.
Monitor the progress of each pet in training, adjusting methods as necessary to meet individual needs.
Monitor and manage dog interactions in a group setting, ensuring a safe, positive, and enriching environment by recognizing canine body language, facilitating appropriate play, and addressing individual needs to promote overall well-being.
Requirements
Strong skills in customer service and communication to effectively interact with pet owners.
Knowledge of dog training techniques and animal handling practices preferred but not mandatory.
Experience working in a kennel or veterinary assistant role is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanor around animals.
A genuine love for animals and commitment to their welfare is essential.
Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the needs of the business.

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
