Veterinary Receptionist Administrative Assistant Jobs in Miami, FL at ALEJO VET CLINIC
Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
– Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services and policies
– Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
– Manage office supplies and inventory
– Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
– Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
– Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
— Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Knowledge of medical office procedures is desirable but not required
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
– Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and excellent phone etiquette
