Responsibilities:
– Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
– Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
– Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with administrative tasks
– Maintain medical records and ensure accuracy of client information
Skills:
– Ability to work well with other team members.
– Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively
– Ability to learn veterinary terminology and procedures
– Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
