Our veterinary clinic is looking for a new member to join our team as a Veterinary Receptionist. The Veterinary Receptionist is responsible for providing first impressions to clients and patients, and so we are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills, as well as a passion for caring for animals. The position requires an individual who can work independently, but is also comfortable working as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Answer questions or concerns of pet owners and walk them through their pet’s examination/services provided.
Schedule appointments, exams and surgeries.
Enter data into the office computer system.
Check clients in and out of appointments.

Work hours 7:30-5/6pm on weekdays and select Saturday’s a month from 8am-noon. Typical schedule with be a 4 to 4 1/2 day work week.
Minimum 2 years experience as a veterinary receptionist required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 – $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
