Full Job Description
Shelley Drive Animal Clinic in Tyler, TX has a part time receptionist position open. High paced clinic and is looking for a capable person with strong work ethic, is passionate about animals, can provide upstanding customer service and have a “can-do” attitude.
Job duties are as follows:
Lift between 25-70 lbs as needed
Multitask and answer multiple phone lines
Assisting clients
Receive payments
Keep work area, lobby and exam rooms cleaned and stocked
Obtain patient history
Discuss with veterinarian
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Needs to have flexible availability! Work week is Monday through Saturday (part-time hours and/or days off to be determined). Some holidays are required! Reliability and flexibility is REQUIRED!! Experience is optional. Serious inquiries ONLY! Bilingual is a plus!!
