Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, welcoming veterinary
receptionist
to join our team!
As the receptionist for a new state-of-the-art Veterinary Hospital, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet clients as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and attend to the needs of customers throughout their visits to make it a successful and positive experience. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and is capable of multitasking.
Responsibilities
Greet guests as they arrive, check the clients in and out
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
Qualifications
Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
Previous experience as a veterinarian receptionist is required
Bilingual Spanish preferred
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Familiar with computers and scheduling software
Excellent multi-tasking skills
