**Overview**
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for managing the front desk, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
**Duties**
– Greet clients, visitors, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
– Manage the day-to-day operations of the front desk, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling mail and packages.
– Provide administrative support, including preparing and processing documents, filing, and maintaining organized records.
– Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
– Perform other administrative tasks as needed, such as updating the calendar, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the office’s appearance.
**Requirements**
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Experience in a receptionist or similar administrative role. (Preferred)
– Strong computer skills.
– Excellent communication and organizational skills.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
– Experience with phone systems and basic office equipment.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread documents.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 – $20.00 per hour
