receptionist wanted for Animal Hospital
10+ hours Mon.- Wed. 3-5:30pm (Opportunity to gain more hours)
Experience: Vet office experience preferred.
Job Duties: Answering rapid/ heavy volume amount of phone calls, greeting clients, checking patients in & out, filing, booking appointments, posting payments, scanning & faxing.
Requirements: Punctual, reliable, fast learner, friendly, positive attitude, also able to handle fast pace work environment. Bilingual (is a plus)
