Required skills:
– Excellent customer service skills and abilility to communicate in a professional manner
– Maintain a positive attitude in all interactions with pets, clients, and team members
– Ability to answer phones, take messages, and answer basic client questions
– Answering multiple phone lines in a timely manner
– Appointment scheduling
– Checking patients in and out
– Room TPR’s
– Assisting doctors in exam rooms
– Proper handling of pets
– Presenting financial estimates to clients
– Filling and labeling prescription medications
– Reviewing medications with clients
– Proper medical charting
– Scanning and attaching medical documents into our veterinary software
– Prioritize multiple tasks in a calm and organized manner
Salary starting at $16.50+/hour based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 – $20.00 per hour
