We are seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Ann Road Animal Hospital. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and support to pet owners while assisting our veterinary staff in delivering high-quality animal care.
Responsibilities
Greet and check in clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate records of patient visits.
Assist clients with inquiries regarding services, procedures, and pet care advice.
Support veterinary staff by preparing examination rooms and handling animals as needed.
Process payments and manage medical records efficiently.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming for clients.
Requirements
Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting preferred.

Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
