Full Job Description
Advanced Veterinary Care is located in Blaine MN, and we are looking to hire a motivated and enthusiastic full-time Client Service Representative. 2+ years of veterinary specific customer-facing experience is required.
Advanced Veterinary care is a progressive 4 doctor general practice . We are a clinic that focuses on client experience just as much as patient care. We have a strong team mentality and take the time to hire team members that will complement each other and enhance our practice. Having a positive and fun personality is a must.
Skills and experience:
1. Always provide an immediate friendly smile, eye contact and an approachable demeanor to all who enter our practice.
2. Enjoy interacting with people.
3. Be a compassionate listener and provide empathy during times of distress for clients.
4. You speak clearly, slowly, and calmly in person and on the telephone in a way that shows clients they are the top priority.
5. Answer multiple telephone lines with ease.
6. Schedule appointments via a variety of platforms.
7. Maintain computer records and detailed notes regarding client conversations.
8. General housekeeping and maintenance of lobby/reception area.
9. Checking patients in/out & invoicing clients.
10. Strong multi-tasking, prioritizing and organizational skills. Thrive in a fast paced environment.
11. Ability to lift 40lbs.
12. Be able to sit, stand and/or walk for prolonged periods of time.
13. Availability to work Monday through Friday 8:30-4:30pm.
14. Other projects and duties as assigned.
