Do you have Veterinary customer service experience and a passion for animals? Join a progressive small animal hospital located in Cypress, Texas. We are an established practice of 23 years with long-term employees and a growing clientele that needs to add a conscientious member to our dynamic team. Previous experience in a veterinary clinic setting is crucial.
Our newest team member(s) will be responsible for providing a concierge-type environment for our clients and patients. You will be working directly with clients to identify their needs, and then working to ensure those needs are met and communicated to the rest of the team in a timely manner.
Client Care Specialist Responsibilities:
Represent our hospital in a professional manner at all times, as you are the face of our organization
Answer high-volume inbound calls with a calm manner that conveys confidence to our clientele
Basic computer skills, including internet navigation
Organize and prioritize appointments
Recognize and handle potentially problematic situations as they arise
Closeout and balance the daily financial report
Expectations:
Maintain a courteous, cooperative and supportive demeanor with both clients and staff members
Be proactive in an effort to always provide excellent customer service
Seek opportunities to build upon best practices in order to work “smarter, not harder”
We are open Mon-Fri 7am-6p, Sat 8a-2p and are closed on Sunday. You can expect to be scheduled for varied shifts during hospital hours of operation. Evening shifts, as well as Saturday shifts by rotation are a must.
