Veterinary Receptionist
Location: Crain Veterinary Center in Grain Valley, MO, 64029
Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at our busy animal hospital in Grain Valley, MO. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for working with animals. Pay will be based off of experience. 40+ hours a week. Saturdays are required.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and their pets with a warm and welcoming attitude
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Check-in and check-out clients and handle payments
Assist with filing and maintaining patient records
Provide general information to clients about our services and procedures
Skills:
Previous experience as a veterinary receptionist or in a similar customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of basic veterinary terminology and procedures
Proficiency in computer skills and experience with veterinary software is a plus
