Full Job Description
Wadsworth Animal Hospital is a small animal practice looking for an experienced veterinary receptionist to join our 5 doctor AAHA accredited practice. We strive to provide excellent customer and patient care, and are looking for an individual who can help us achieve our goals. Applicants must have a positive attitude and the desire to work in a team oriented environment.

The schedule is Monday-Friday with one day off during the week and 1/2 days on Saturdays with one Saturday off a month.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a passion for animals, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. We are currently looking for someone with at least a year’s worth of experience. Responsibilities include greeting clients and their pets, scheduling appointments, answering phones, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have a strong commitment to providing exceptional care for our patients.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls and respond to emails and texts in a timely manner.
Process payments from clients.
Schedule appointments and manage patient records.
Process online scheduling requests.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Provide customer service to clients by answering questions about their pet’s health and care.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
